    the venue is beautiful, food is lovely, marvellous location on coffee shop. stuff is helpful and excellant and you can park your car nearby. they have a coffee bar. would definitely recommend it as we loved this hotel.

    Unexpected staff challenges

    Woke up to the lively animation shows that engaged everyone. The beach access was good. Can't forget the yummy cakes at the café!

    Communication was a struggle as many staff only spoke German. There were often delays in room service, and the mini bar wasn't restocked as promised. It diminished the overall experience.

    Families looking for some fun

    First off, the beach club experience was great! They had free food and drinks all day, even fresh flatbread made to order that was just awesome. We enjoyed the night time activities, like Cappadocia night, good laughs and nice moments with the kids! A perfect way to wind down after a day.

    It wasn't cheap, not at all, but it was still acceptable.
